No FRIENDS, only FAMILY for Saif Ali Khan’s 47th birthday bash!

On Tuesday night Saif Ali Khan brought in his 47th birthday quietly with a chocolate cake with sparkler candles at his Bandra home with just close family members. His children Sara and Ebrahim were present as was his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, her sister Karisma Kapoor along with her close friend Sandeep Toshniwal and Saif’s sister, a visibly pregnant Soha Ali Khan who is due next month and Kareena and Karisma’s mother Babita.

While Saif looked jubilant posing with his big, happy family at this intimate occasion, we missed his ex-wife Amrita Singh from the party. Even Kareena’s besties Amrita Arora Ladak, Malaika Arora and Tusshar Kapoor (the actress’s baby Taimur and his baby Lakshya often keep playdates) and Saif’s brother-in-law Kunal Kemmu were not present. However a source says, “Amrita and Kareena don’t get along with each other, nor does Amrita like Kareena’s proximity to her children so why would Kareena and Saif invite her to their happy occasion? Malaika is in Melbourne attending the film festival there while Kunal is shooting for Golmaal Again outside Mumbai. Saif likes family get-togethers and this one was just for him and his family and not a party for all. It’s just that earlier Saif’s family occasions used to remain for the family only but now the pics of the events are splashed all over!”
