Noah Schnapp Clarifies Viral Stranger Things Season 5 ‘Spoiler’ TikTok

With excitement building over the arrival of Stranger Things Season 5, it is easy to fall for false spoilers and theories. However, Stranger Things cast member Noah Schnapp addressed one such incident, allegedly taking to his Instagram Story to call out a TikTok account impersonating him.

Noah Schnapp clears the air on fake TikTok account impersonating him

Recently, a fake TikTok account impersonating Noah Schnapp posted videos claiming to reveal potential Stranger Things Season 5 spoilers. The account, which has over 114K followers on the platform, appears to have caused some confusion with misleading posts about the upcoming final season.

After Schnapp confirmed his sexuality in a TikTok in January 2023, fans have continued to support “Byler.” When the TikTok account @schnapper290 posted a video with the song “I Think We’re Alone Now” playing in the background, fans assumed it was a spoiler for Mike Wheeler and Will Byers’ relationship. However, this is not true. Noah Schnapp allegedly took to Instagram in a now-deleted Story post, calling out the account for impersonating him. According to an X post of the now-deleted Instagram Story, Schnapp wrote, “This is not me and anyone impersonating is also not me. I deleted TikTok months ago.”

It can be confirmed that Noah Schnapp’s TikTok account no longer exists. However, there is no concrete evidence verifying whether the Instagram Story is legitimate. The X user who posted the screenshot claimed that Schnapp kept the Story up for only around 30 minutes. While the supposed spoilers are not real, questions about the authenticity of the post continue to stir speculation among fans.

Part 1 of the final season of Stranger Things will premiere on November 26, 2025, followed by Part 2 on December 25. The season finale will debut on December 31, with a limited theatrical release in the United States and Canada.
