On Children’s Day: Bollywood Selects Favourite Child Actor, & Children’s Song

Sushant Singh Rajput: “My favourite child actor is Jugal Hansraj in Masoom. He just melted your heart with his performance. My favourite children’s song is Lukka chuppi from Rang De Basanti sung by Lataji and A R Rahman Sir.”

Rajkummar Rao: “I really liked Jaden Smith in The Karate Kid. He’s Will Smith’s son.”

Rati Agnihotri: “My favourite child actor was Neetu Singh(Kapoor).She was excellent in the double role in Do Kaliyaan. I think Humko mann ki shakti dena  from the film Guddi is very inspiring for children.”

Prosenjeet: “I think Master Alankar was very good as a child actor. I love the song  Phoolon ka taaron ka  from Hare Rama Hare Krishna.”

Prabhudheva: “My  favourite child artiste was Kamal Haasn Sir when he was a child he gave extraordinary performances just like when he grew up. My favourite children’s son is Rail gaadiin the film Ashirwaad sung by Ashok Kumar.”

Ram Kapoor: “My favourite child actor was Ehsaas.She played my daughter in Kksam Sewhen she was 9 years old.She is not a child anymore .She is growing up to  be a beautiful girl.But I will always remember her as my little daughter. My favourite children’s song is Maafrom Taare Zameen Par.”

Pooja Bhatt: “The best child actor and the one who ensured a National Award for Ajay Devgn in Zakham was Kunal Khemu who played the young Devgn in the film.”

Shiamak Davar: “Sachin Pilgaonkar was superb as Master Sachin in films like Manjhli Didi , Chanda Aur Bijli and Bramhachari. My favourite children’s song is Chakke pe chakka from Bramhachari.”

My favourite children’s song is Lakdee ki kaathee from Masoom. It was my favourite song growing up and I still love it.”

Mandira Bedi: “My favourite child actor would have to be Darsheel Safary .His performance in Taare Zameen Par was unmatched, heartwrenching and soulful.My favourite children’s song is Lakdee ki kaathee from Masoom.”
