On April 17, veteran actor Jung Eun-pyo shared a touching story via his personal social media. In the post, he wrote, “There are many reasons why the drama is so beloved, but I believe Park Bo-gum’s acting plays a big part.”

Jung went on to share a surprising anecdote involving his daughter, Ha-eun: “When Ha-eun was in elementary school, she once mentioned on a TV show that she liked Park Bo-gum. Months after the broadcast, a box arrived at our home containing the Love in the Moonlight DVD, a signed photo card, and a handwritten letter from Park Bo-gum.”

He added, “We’ve never even met him. He must’ve seen the show and made inquiries to find our address. I was so touched by his warm gesture, and his handwriting was just as beautiful as his heart.“

The post also included a photo of the gift, which featured Bo-gum’s personal note to Ha-eun, “I used to watch Bungeoppang [a children’s show], and to think that the cute little girl from there is now cheering me on, it warms my heart.
