Piyush Sahdev to make a comeback on TV with Zee TV’s Ishq Subhan Allah

Putting the spotlight on the issue of Triple Talaaq, Zee TV’s latest fiction show, Ishq Subhan Allah, features the world of Zara (Eisha Singh) and Kabeer (Adnan Khan) – a liberal, modern woman and a staunch traditional hard-liner brought together by destiny by way of a niqaah. As the story continues to unfold, the audiences are in for a major drama with the entry of a new character, Siraj. And, essaying the role of Siraj will be popular television actor Piyush Sahdev.

Recently, the audiences have witnessed Zara and Kabeer’s niqaah. As the story progresses, the viewers will witness romance blossom between Kabeer and Zara as the newlyweds travels to Kashmir for their honeymoon. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Zara has an encounter with Siraj, an underworld don, hailing from Kashmir.

 Talking about his character, Piyush Sahdev said, “I am enjoying the entire experience of being back on the shoot; the adrenalin rush that comes with it is incomparable! Siraj’s character is not only dark and complex but also has a mysterious side to his personality. While on a secret mission, Siraj crosses paths with Zara and instantly falls in love with her. His intentions to get Zara’s attention lead to many complications in Zara and Kabeer’s relationship. I am elated to be a part of Zee TV and I hope that the viewers love me in this new endeavor.”
