Prabhas To Star In Karan Johar’s Hindi Film Directed by Rajamouli

Tamil superstar Prabhas of Baahubali fame is all set to make his belated Hind debut with a  film that will be produced by Karan Johar.Rajamouli who directs the marathon Baahubali series is likely to be roped in to direct the film which will showcase Prabhas as an  action-romance star for Bollywood .

Says a source close to the development, “For the last five years Prabhas has focused only on Baahubali . He has turned down offers from Yash Raj films and other major Bollywood  banners. Now that the Baahubali series is over he’s looking at a Hindi debut , and that too with Karan Johar.”

Johar,  it may be  pointed out, as high financial stakes in the Baaahubali series. He is the co-producer and distributor of the Hindi version  of the blockbuster franchise.

Says the source, “Karan has been encouraging Rajamouli to do a Hindi  film after Baahubali. They will team up to launch Prabhas in Bollywood .”
