Lately there has been widespread reports on Sunny Deol collaborating with prolific Telugu-Tamil-Hindi script writer K Vijayendra Prasad and his son the brilliant director S S Rajamouli for a project named Mera Bharat Mahaan.
These stories are only half-true.
While it’s true that Vijayendra Prasad who made a grand entry into Bollywood last year with his script forBajrangi Bhaijaan is associated with Mera Bharat Mahaan, Rajamouli has absolutely nothing to do with this project.
Says a source, “Vijayendra Prasad is writing and directing Mera Bharat Mahaan . Sunny Deol will play the lead. Rajamouli is in no way involved with this project.He is too busy with the Baahubali sequel to bother with anything else.”
The question is, why was Rajamouli’s name brought up for this project. Because it sells?
