Ram Gopal Varma’s Indo-Chinese Production Stalled By Coranovirus

The never-say-die Ram Gopal Varma is back with his  first Hindi film in 7 years. This time it is a martial arts film entitled  Enter The  Girl Dragon  dedicated to Bruce Lee, featuring a real-life martial artiste  Pooja Bhalekar in  the title role. The film has genuine  martial arts stunts choreographed  by  students of Bruce Lee’s school of martial arts  in China.

The film has been  made  with the active participation of Chinese artistes and  was to be premiered  at Bruce Lee’s  home town Foshan City in China.

Unfortunately the Coronavirus outbreak in China has  played the  villain. And Varma now has  to wait for the  go-ahead  signal from  his Chinese co-producers before releasing Enter The  Girl Dragon.

Sources say Varma is looking at this project as his comeback vehicle  into Hindi cinema.

The female lead is  an attractive super-skilled martial artiste. She is expected  to give Tiger Shroff a stiff competition in the action genre.
