Reports  On Shah Rukh-Salman Teaming Up Are ‘Absolutely Baseless’

One fine morning,an entertainment  portal wakes up and decides to create  additional eyeballs for itself by making a sensational  announcement.

And  what could be  more sensational than Shah  Rukh Khan and Salman  Khan  coming together  for a bromance  to rival Karan Arjun ,Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam and  Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, the  only three films where SRK and Salman have co-starred.

So is  a fourth film with the  two Khan superstars being planned?

“Absolutely false,” reveals a very  close friend  of Aditya Chopra who is supposed to produce this phantom  project. “In fact Adi is curious to know the source  for this story. The writer has given not only this  so-called  newsbreak on SRK and Salman  coming together he has also given details on when Adi will narrate the script to the two actors….a  script that doesn’t exist for a film that doesn’t exist.Hats off to the writer for  his imagination.”

This brings  us to the question: where did this  whole  story  of  an SRK-Salman collaboration come from?

It is  likely to be  nothing more than wishful  thinking. The chances  of the two Khans coming together  for a  film are  almost nil.They are family friends in real life. But their work ethics  and  working patterns are entirely different. They didn’t enjoy working  together in the films that they did.
