The Story of Manager Kim, Who Works for a Large Company in Seoul tells the story of a middle-aged man who, after losing everything he valued, discovers his true self — not as a manager at a large corporation, but as his genuine self — following a long journey.
Actor Ryu Seung Ryong (Moving, Kingdom), who has moved and amused audiences across various genres in both films and dramas, takes on the role of Kim Nak Su, a veteran salesman with 25 years of experience under his belt. Kim Nak Su holds the respectable position of manager of Sales Team 1 at a major corporation, owns a home in a prime area of Seoul, and lives a peaceful life with his family. However, as time passes, he gradually begins to lose his footing both at his home and workplace.
As curiosity grows over whether Kim Nak Su can successfully overcome the first hurdle he has ever faced in his life, a glimpse into 24 hours of manager Kim has been revealed.
