It is a very strange phenomenon in the superstar’s life. While many, if not all, of his relationships have ended bitterly, Salman Khan is far more caring about his ex girlfriends than about his current relationships.
At this very moment Salman is looking out very seriously for the welfare of two of his ex-es: Sangeeta Bijalani and Katrina Kaif. Sangeeta has, over the years, remained a part of Salman’s extended family. Even after marriage to and separation from her husband Azharuddin, Sangeeta continues to be a part of Salman’s family.
And now Katrina Kaif is being looked after by Salman as though she was part of the family after her breakup with Ranbir Kapoor.
Katrina, on her part, has always been very close to Salman’s sisters though not to his parents
. In fact Sangeeta Bijlani, Somy Ali and Katrina have all continued to be close to Salman’s family even after their relationship ended.
Katrina has always admitted to looking up to Salman for advice even when they were in a relationship. Over the years as their relationship ended Salman has become more and more caring about her.
Says Salman’s buddy, “He is helping Katrina rebuild her life and career. He had warned her Ranbir would treat her badly. She didn’t listen. Now instead of wasting time in I-told-you-so Salman is trying to re-establish Katrina’s career recommending her to his producer-friends.”
Says a buddy, “It’s not just Sangeeta and Katrina, Salman has been very good to all his ex-es, whether it is Somy Ali , Sangeeta or Katrina. Barring one former girlfriend, they will all tell you how considerate generous and thoughtful Salman is as an ex-boyfriend.He is a far better ex-boyfriend than a boyfriend.”
So protective is Salman of his ex-girlfriends that he turns hostile towards men who break his ex-friends’ hearts.Azharuddin and Ranbir are not on Salman’s speed-dial.
Laughs the buddy, “He epitomizes that song by Mukesh in Manoj Kumar’s Purab Aur Paschim: Koi jabtumhara hriday tod dey tadapta hua chab koi chhod dey tab tum mere paas aana priye mera dar khula hai khula hi rahega tumhare liye.”[tooltip type=”box” html=”Input Your Content Here” box_background_color=”#eeeeee” box_opacity=”0.95″ box_padding=”10″ box_border_color=”#3F3F3F” box_border_width=”1″ box_border_radius=”0″ id=”88b6af99531f838ed90aed058b7d870a” /][tooltip type=”box” html=”Salman Khan Bollywood Actor” box_background_color=”#eeeeee” box_opacity=”0.95″ box_padding=”10″ box_border_color=”#3F3F3F” box_border_width=”1″ box_border_radius=”0″ id=”c1b465420d07c688942ed18eadfd9f92″ /]
