Salman Khan Is The Virgin Who Can’t Do Without Sex For A Month

Or as Sohail jokingly said pointing to his 2 bothers, “One, zero, zero.”

Well, whether Sohail and Arbaaz are actually “zero” compared with Salman is debatable. If we measure  their success by their easy camaraderie with their superstar-brother then I am happy to say Arbaaz and Sohail are successful Bhai-products of a family where only one superstar is allowed. ]

The Mangeshkar family had two because the second sibling Asha Bhosle made a complete break from the superstar of the family Lata Mangeshkar.

Arbaaz and Sohail have chosen to stay in their superstar-sibling’s shadows. And they are content being in the shadow.Just how comfortable they are with their unremarkable careers was evident on Koffee With Karan when the host, celebrating a 100 episode of giggly gupshup with the glitterati,got Salman , Arbaaz and Sohail to speak of their bonding.

I wish there was something here that we hadn’t heard or seen before.Something other than the fact that Salman actually lives out his Sooraj Barjatya fantasy of an ideal joint-family.

The brothers , we are happy say, share an easy kinship and underwears to this day. They spoke simultaneously  at cross purposes without seeking to impinge  on one another’s space,Clearly Salman’s two brothers are in awe of his stardom ad humanism.Salman seemed no less impressed by his own success. He spoke with flippant immodesty about how he would recommend his friends for roles that he was being considered .

How sweet and generous is that.

And yes, his mythical virginity was also brought up. Salman confessed he was still a virgin. “Nothing has changed, Karan,” he told his tittering host with a straight face(Salman’s, not the host’s face which changed many expressions from embarrassment to amusement during the 70-min conversation). “I am still a virgin….so are you.”

But some time later, Arbaaz admitted that Salman can’t live without sex for even a month. The entire conversation was lit up by some heartwarming anecdotes,…about guests in the Khan household(including photographer Avinash Gowariker who came to stay for a night and continued staying for a year) that no one could recognize, about the maulvi who was “kidnapped” to wed Sohail with his runaway girlfriend was the same priest who had performed wedding rites between Sohail’s father and mother, about how Salman’s and Shah Rukh Khan’s families continued to meet and interact even when the two superstars had a tiff.

Also evident was Salman’s undying love for Katrina Kaif. When asked to rate the leading ladies according to   preference, Salman  wanted Katrina’s name in the first 4 slots of the list. He even performed the Chikni  chameli signature step  for Karan Johar. After watching his affectionate nod to all things Kaif on Koffee With Karan I am not ruling out an amorous reconciliation between the two.

That Salman still loves Katrina is as clear as the fact that he whispered the name of the dog in Hum Aapke Hain Koun in Sohail’s ear so that the kid brother could win the hamper. And still Sohail lost.
