Samantha’s Marketing Team On Overdrive In Bollywood

Samantha  Ruth Prabhu  has moved on in  life.She now wants a career in Bollywood. And all the best to her. But she  needs to control her marketing team in Mumbai. They are  going berserk  planting stories about her “rapid progress” and “unique  positioning” in Mumbai.

By  planting speculative  stories on Samantha’s cinema-signing spree in Mumbai,her team is putting the Telugu-Tamil actress  into a hugely  embarrassing situation.

Some time  ago the internet was abuzz with  stories that Samantha is “in advanced talks”(please note the cautionary  step-back to leave room for  changes in the leaked information) with  director Aditya Dhar  for The Immortal Asswatthma opposite  Vicky Kaushal.

There is no truth to this. Not only is Dhar’s project on hold, his leading lady for the project is  likely to  his wife  Yami Gautam.

Another hallucinatory  news report  wanted us to believe that  producer Dinesh Vijan is “considering” Samantha for a  film opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.

On further probing I was told  that there is no such project  at the moment.

But the  icing on the  imaginary cake  is the report that Samantha “may” come  together with Akshay Kumar in a film directed  by  Karan  Johar.

Yeah, they are coming together. But only for  an episode of Koffee With  Karan.

A  word of caution for Samantha:  please ask your marketing team to calm down. These fake  stories are not helping   your career in  Bollywood
