Shatrughan Sinha Defends His Defence Of KRK

Not surprisingly there has  been no support whatsoever  for the  lately booked and  imprisoned  actor-film commentator Kamal R Khan.  For years  Khan posted abusive  tweets  and made  sordid comments  on Bollywood personalities.

“We were just wishing he would disappear. Now  God has  finally granted us our wish,” a young talented  actress often a brunt of Khan’s perverse  barbs, confided in me.

Surprisingly  Shatrughan Sinha, whose daughter Sonakshi has been  a  brunt of  KRK’s  bestial barbs has come  forward  in support of  KRK.

Sinha  tweeted, “One should not forget that Kamal Rashid Khan @kamaalrkhan & one should always remember that despite great opposition & struggle the ‘KRK’ is a self made man, he has the blessings of the Almighty. He has made his place in the film industry, as well as society on his own. His biggest asset has been his confidence; he seems to speak without any fear or favour. He doesn’t shudder to speak his mind against all odds as he has the conviction & freedom of opinion/speech of any kind, within the framework of law/constitution, even if not accepted.”

Sinha says he  is aware  KRK’s toxic comments.   “I know he makes uncalled for highly  personal remarks about stars. And  if he is disrespectful to  ladies then he must be punished . But as per the law. The haste  with which KRK  has been taken into custody  smacks of a plot to  put him inside  .”

Sinha explains he  is not supporting KRK’s  filthy content. “I am only defending his right to defend himself. Everyone has the  right to give his point of view. Let him have his say  on why he has maligned the industry for so many years.I know he  will find it  very difficult to justify his  public comments on film folks. Hatred is not a very  comfortable  position in  life.”
