Shilpa Shetty Makes Another Comeback

After   her disastrous attempt  to make a comeback in 2021 with Priyadarshan’s singularly unfunny comedy Hungama 2, Shilpa Shetty Kundra  is  all set take another stab at revived  glory.

 This time she  has her fundas in place. She will now be joining Rohit Shetty’s “cops universe” in  Amazon Prime Video’s webseries The Police Force. Some days ago Siddharth Malhotra was  announced as  the lead in this web series,which will be co-directed by  Rohit Shetty and his chief assistant director Sushwanth  Prakash.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra plays a full-fledged role.

“She  will be  seen  all through the series, and  not only in a few episodes. She will  also be  undergoing rigorous  physical training to  get a hang of her cops’s universe,” a  source close to the  prestigious project informs.

 Rohit Shetty’s star-spangled cops universe already contains  Ajay Devgan, Ranveer Singh , Akshay  Kumar,and Siddharth Malhotra who joins  Shetty’s police force in Amazon’s web series, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is  the  first female  cop-hero in  Shetty’s cops universe.

 About her  disastrous  comeback in Hungama 2  last year one of her  co-stars  from the film told me, “They all went on about  how  hot she looked, and what a hot mummy she is, blah blah. The comeback became  all about oomph and  was  duly  forgotten.”
