Recently, a video of him and the infamous “Burning Sun” figure Jung Joon Young has resurfaced.
The short video was shared on TheQoo, where it has received over 50,000 views and hundreds of comments. In the clip Son and Jung can be seen clearly as they take turns filming each other while doing a dance and walking on the street.
Based on their reactions in the video, netizens have seemingly concluded that the two celebrities feel like good and close friends. Due to Jung’s involvement in the infamous “Burning Sun” scandal, this has not been received well by the public.
Back in 2019, Jung Joon Young received a five-year prison sentence for intoxicating women and sexually assaulting them alongside singer Choi Jong Hoon. The crimes were committed in January 2016 and March 2016. Jung was a key figure in the “Burning Sun” scandal, as his leaked KakaoTalk chatrooms eventually revealed details about what was happening in the club.
