We Start In January: Varun Dhawan On Judwaa
Varun Dhawan is all set to start shooting for Judwaa 2, the sequel to the [tooltip id=”88b6af99531f838ed90aed058b7d870a”][tooltip id=”c1b465420d07c688942ed18eadfd9f92″ keyword_color=”#000000″ background_color=”#ffffff”][tooltip id=”4db8f5608d45f5de7881d9bce162f4bf”]Salman Khan[/tooltip][/tooltip][/tooltip] hit Judwaa which came 20 years ago.
Says Varun, “Judwaa will start in January 2017.We need time to work on the script and my look. My double role should be unlike anything seen so far.’
Varun says the hit song from the Salman starrer will be part of Judwaa 2. “Tan tana tan will be part of the song. It will be interesting to see how audiences react to me dancing to that song. I’ve been dancing to Tan tana tan since childhood.It’s like dream for me to do that song.”
Varun is preparing to play the first double role of his career. “It’s going to be a completely new experience for me. Luckily I have David Dhawan directing me in Judwaa .He is the master of double roles. He is also my dad. So we’ll do a unique double roles.”
So how unique would the double role in Judwaa 2 be? “I’ve to get the characterization of the two guys in place. Like Salman in the original Judwaa I play twin brothers. But very different from the way he played it. We are going to change the clothes, even the way the twins talk.We need time to make it different.”
Varun feels his father needn’t hurry through assignments at this juncture. “He has the highest success ratio amongBollywood directors. Now he can afford to take it easy.Yes, he did a lot of work . Those were different times.
