Tarek El Moussa Shares His Thoughts About Christina Haack’s New Boyfriend
HGTV star Tarek El Moussa is opening up about his ex-wife Christina Haack‘s romantic life.
During an April 2025 interview with Parade, Tarek El Moussa, who shares his two eldest children, Taylor and Brayden, with Haack, shared that he has interacted with her new boyfriend, Christopher Larocca a number of times.
“We’ve had dinner a few times. [He’s a] nice guy,” said Tarek El Moussa during the conversation.
He also shared whether he believed Larocca could be Haack’s potential competition partner in future seasons of “The Flip Off.” As fans are aware, Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, faced off Haack during the show’s first season, which premiered in January 2025. Haack’s estranged husband, Josh Hall, was her partner until he left the HGTV show following their July 2024 split.
“We haven’t had that conversation,” said Tarek El Moussa.
He then suggested he was not sure if Larocca would be a good fit for the show.
“Here’s the truth. I actually prefer filming with Christina and Heather because they’re both talented at what they do. They’ve both been doing it a long time. So we make a really good team, and we were able to make a lot of good content together, where filming with someone that’s maybe never filmed before, it could be more challenging, right?” said Tarek El Moussa to the publication.
Heather Rae El Moussa Spoke About Christopher Larocca
Heather Rae El Moussa spoke about Larocca during a March 2025 interview with Realtor.com. She said she and her husband have “gone to dinner with” Haack and her boyfriend “a couple of times.” In addition, she said Larocca has interacted with Haack’s children, which also includes her son, Hudson, fathered by her second ex-husband, Ant Anstead.
“He’s come to some kid things, and I’d say, so far I like him. I have nothing negative to say about him, and she seems happy,” said Heather Rae El Moussa.
Christina Haack Spoke About Filming With Josh Hall
In a January 2025 interview with Us Weekly, Haack spoke about her experience working with Hall for the first episode of “The Flip Off.” She said, “Josh was very hard to film with.”
“He didn’t get it. He’d always get upset with me, like ‘Oh, my gosh, you did this’ or ‘You did that.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m making a TV show.’ Ultimately, it was better that he left after episode one because the show would’ve sucked,” said Haack during the interview.
Haack also told the publication that she still believes in love, despite her and Hall’s ongoing divorce.
“I’ll always love love. I probably will [get married again] eventually. But not anytime soon, and I’d be engaged for a minimum of like five years,” said Haack to the publication.
