“Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” star Mackenzie McKee shared she is pregnant with twins!
During the March 31 episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show,” alongside her castmate Briana DeJesus, McKee announced that she and her fiance, Khesanio Hall, are expecting.
“No one knows I’m pregnant but I am,” said McKee during the interview.
McKee, who conceived via IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), then shared she will be having twins.
“There’s two in there,” shared McKee.
McKee has three children, Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs, fathered by her ex-husband, Josh McKee. Hall does not currently have any children.
MacKenzie McKee Has Been Open About Undergoing IVF
McKee has been open about undering IVF throughout “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” season 2. In June 2024, People magazine reported that viewers saw McKee speak to her doctor about trying to get pregnant following her decision to undergo a tubal ligation after she had Broncs. The doctor informed McKee that IVF would be her best option to conceive.
McKee’s doctor also mentioned that she has type 1 diabetes. Her doctor told her that she would need to have her “A1C number at a 6.5” before she could start IVF.
Fans saw McKee’s embryo transfer in “Teen Mom: The Next Chapter” season 2, episode 23. After two embryos were transferred, McKee and Hall spoke about the possibility of having twins.
“We are crazy people,” said a smiling Hall.
In a confessional interview, McKee said transferring the embryos was “a big milestone.”
“I just cannot believe that our family is so close to being complete. And Khesanio is right there of becoming a dad,” said McKee during the episode.

On March 28, McKee took to Instagram to share pictures and videos taken on the day she underwent the embryo transfer.
Several fans flocked to the post’s comments section to share their excitement for McKee.

Mackenzie McKee Announced Her Engagement to Khesanio Hall in May 2024
McKee announced she was engaged to Hall in a May 2024 Instagram upload. The photos showed Hall getting down on one knee on the beach. He decorated the area with roses, a small picnic table, and a framed picture of McKee’s late mother, Angie Douthit, who died in 2019.
“I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much @khezzii,” read the caption of the post.
