In case you missed it, the legendary designer shared a series of stunning pool photos on her Instagram. She shared the photos with the caption reading, “FBF …a pool with a view….. CALIFORNIA DREAMIN 💙🌤️🕶️😌 Necklace: Jared Atelier x Vera Wang @jaredjewelers.”
In the photos, we see Wang embodying the definition of “California Dreamin’” as she rocks a backless white swimsuit and a high pony. While Wang is no stranger to bold looks like peekaboo gowns and bikini moments, we really love this summer-themed moment where she looks as cool and as confident as can be!

Along with being a confident superstar, Wang is insanely proud of her age, often saying how she doesn’t understand ageism in the world, telling the BBC per Yahoo Life that she finds ageism “so old-fashioned.” She added, “You have to try and continue to grow in one way or another.” Amen!
And in another interview with The Sunday Times from Aug 2025, she talked about how she doesn’t focus on aging, or anti-aging. She said, “I don’t spend my time going for skin treatments. I never even think about ageing. When you’re creating, when you’re trying to see what the new thing is, your focus isn’t on yourself. My obsession is really improving my work. Improving how I live my life. And, truthfully, how I accept ageing in another sense. Not only the physiognomy, but really my health. How do you live a healthy life till the end without suffering? That’s a very real concern for me.”
