“We knew we were going too far,”Ahmed Khan On Censor Clamping Down On Abuse

The  fact that  the censor board has clamped down on Shradha Kapoor’s innuendo in  Baaghi 3  , comes as  no  surprise  to   director  Ahmed Khan.

“We  knew we were  going too far  with Shradha’s line ‘Usski Macho Beep Dena’. It was allowed in  the trailer.  But we knew  it wouldn’t be  allowed  in the  film. So  we had an alternative ready which we  have gladly used instead of  what she  originally said,” says Ahmed.

“That apart, every word dialogue and scene has  been left intact by the censor board . By the grace  of God  , the  film’s patriotic  flavour will  go down well with the masses. March is  the month of two  big-budgeted  patriotic  films Baaghi  3 and Sooryavanshi. Hopefully both will be blockbusters,” says Ahmed who saved the launch of  the last song in Baaghi 3  for  Monday.

“It was Tiger’s birthday on Monday and we wanted to release a song on that day. That’s why we released the song ‘Get Ready To Fight’ just days before the  film’s release,” explains Ahmed.
