The highly anticipated fight will be shown around the world as the two fighters battle it out for the Undisputed Super Middleweight Championship.  We’ve noticed that subscribers have many questions about the event, and below, we’ve compiled our comprehensive Q&A with everything you need to know. 

Two of the best boxers of their generation will clash in a highly anticipated matchup in Las Vegas on September 13, 2025. Trence Crawford’s (41-0, 31 KOs) undefeated streak and WBO Interim World Super Championship will be on the line as he takes on the veteran Canelo Álvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs), the current IBF/WBC/WBO World Super Middleweight Champion. The winner will be crowned the Unified Super Middleweight Champion and will cement their place in history as one of the greatest boxing champions of all time.


What Times Does the Canelo vs Crawford Fight Go Live on Netflix?

The climactic showdown between Canelo and Crawford is scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, USA, and is set to begin at 9:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM PT. That means boxing fans in Europe will be waiting until the early hours of the morning to watch the main card.

It is also worth noting that the main event is not expected to begin until 11:30 PM ET / 8:30 PM PT.

What About the Preliminary Bouts? Are They On Netflix?

Are There Still Tickets to Attend?

There are still plenty of tickets available, but be warned, the ticket prices are eye-watering. It’s unclear whether this is an example of dynamic pricing, but the cheapest ticket available at the time of writing is just over $410. Most of the seats seem to range between $410 and $600. However, the closer you get to the ring, the ticket prices begin to skyrocket. Some of the closest tickets, which are located near the ring, are still available and exceed $20,000.


What Audio Options Is Netflix Providing?

Netflix offers live commentary in four languages: English, Portuguese (Brazil), French, and Spanish.

There will be two audio options available for Spanish listeners, including one for Latin American audiences. 


Will the Match Stream on Netflix After the Fight Finishes

Yes! Just like the previous live sporting events, Netflix will keep the stream as a VOD. This means you will have access to the event on demand.

It remains unknown whether Netflix will upload highlights from the fight to YouTube or any of its social media platforms.

Please note that if your Netflix language settings are not set to English, you may not be able to find the match VOD immediately after.

How Long is The Event?

Including the preliminary card, the entire event is expected to last at least 6.5 hours. 

However, the duration of the event will be dictated by the fights taking place throughout the evening.


What Devices Can I Use to Stream the Fight?

Netflix made all the necessary changes in 2024 to make as many devices as possible available to stream live events. You can watch it on the official Netflix mobile app or most connected TVs or devices. If you’re using a mobile device, you need Android 7 or later or iOS 17 or later.

In Netflix’s official help documents, they have confirmed devices supported for live streams are;
