First Look Whats Coming To Netflix September 2025

Welcome to your early look ahead at what’s coming to Netflix throughout September 2025. In this post, which we’ll keep updated throughout August and well into September, we’ll be listing all the new arrivals set for Netflix US, including new Netflix Originals and licensed pick-ups from Netflix’s various partners. 

As always, while we’ll cover the new additions below, we’re also tracking all the departures for September 2025. The fan-favorite series The Resident is among the currently announced removals, in addition to a bunch of movies for all ages.


What’s Coming to Netflix on September 1st

  • 60 Days In (Season 8) – Reality series.
  • Devil on Campus: The Larry Ray Story (2024) – Lifetime movie starring Billy Zane who plays a charming ex-con who moves into his daughter’s dorm and pulls her friends into his web of torment. 
  • Escape Room (2019) – Psychological horror movie where six strangers find themselves in a maze of deadly rooms. Starring Taylor Russell and Logan Miller. 
  • Franklin & Bash (Seasons 1-4) – Dramedy courtroom drama following lawyers and childhood friends who have unorthodox legal techniques that disrupt a traditional law firm. 
  • Karen Kingsbury’s A Thousand Tomorrows (Season 1) – A guarded bull rider and an ambitious barrel racer fall in love, knowing that they must make the most of the time they have together.

  • Shrek the Third (2007) – Shrek, Puss, and Donkey are back for this entry in the Shrek franchise, with the former learning he’s about to become a father.
  • The 4 Rascals (2025) 
  • White Noise (2005) – Michael Keaton and Deborah Kara Unger headline this supernatural horror.

  • Wednesday (Season 2 – Part 2) Netflix Original – The final batch of episodes for Netflix’s hit juggernaut. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 4th

Pokemon Concierge Picnic

  • Pokémon Concierge (Season 1 – Part 2) Netflix Original – More stop-motion goodness in the world of Pokémon.
  • The Blackening (2023) – Slasher horror comedy about seven friends who go away for the weekend and find themselves being hunted. 
  • Tomb Watcher (2025) – 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 5th

  • Inspector Zende (2025) Netflix Original – Bollywood drama about a serial killer, Carl Bhojraj, who has escaped prison and resurfaces in Mumbai, but an inspector is already on his trail.
  • Love Con Revenge (2025) Netflix Original – Documentary feature on the victims of romance scams looking to reclaim their lives and fight for justice. 
  • Queen Mantis (Season 1 – New Episodes Weekly) – K-drama mystery thriller police procedural. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 7th

  • Redeeming Love (2022) – Feel-good period romance starring Abigail Cowen and Tom Lewis about a farmer who falls for a woman with a tormented past during the Californian gold rush. 
  • The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity (Season 1) Netflix Original – Coming to Netflix all in one go is the Shounen romance anime.

  • Dr. Seuss’s Red Fish Blue Fish (Season 1) Netflix Original – Animated preschool series based on the classic children’s book.
  • Her Mother’s Killer (Season 2) Netflix Original – Colombian telenovela. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 9th

  • Daddy’s Home (2015) – Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell star in this buddy comedy. 
  • Daddy’s Home 2 (2017) – A sequel with the added talents of Jon Lithgow and Mel Gibson.
  • Kiss or Die (Limited Series) Netflix Original – Japanese comedy variety series. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 10th

  • Love is Blind: France (Season 1) Netflix Original – A new international spin-off of the popular dating show. 
The Dead Girls New On Netflix

  • The Dead Girls (Limited Series) Netflix Original – Mexican drama series adapting the novel by Jorge Ibargüengoitia, telling how the Baladro sisters built a brothel empire and became merciless killers in 1960s Mexico.

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 11th

  • Diary of a Ditched Girl (Season 1) Netflix Original – Swedish romantic drama series about a young girl who has not quite given up on dating just yet, despite many bad experiences. 
  • Tyler Perry’s Beauty in Black (Season 2) Netflix Original – New episodes for the drama series. Kimmie, the once-unassuming sex worker in their employ, becomes an unstoppable force and is now the one calling the shots after inheriting sole ownership of the family business.

  • Ratu Ratu Queens: The Series (Season 1) Netflix Original – Comedy drama series from Indonesia.

The Wrong Paris Netflix

  • The Wrong Paris (2025) Netflix Original – Miranda Cosgrove and Pierson Fode headline this new romantic comedy about a woman who joins a dating show she thinks will be in Paris, France, not Paris, Texas… 
  • You And Everything Else (Limited Series) Netflix Original – Korean drama series about two friends who have grown up together but now in older age must reconnect. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 13th

  • Canelo Álvarez vs. Terence Crawford (LIVE) Netflix Original – Another live boxing match available on Netflix as part of your subscription. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 17th

  • Next Gen Chef (Season 1) Netflix Original – Inside the world’s most prestigious culinary school, 21 of America’s hottest young chefs, under the age of 30, compete in a one-of-a-kind competition. The Culinary Institute of America has set a rigorous gauntlet of tests to find who is worthy of being crowned the leading chef of the next generation.

  • Black Rabbit (Limited Series) Netflix Original – Jude Law and Jason Bateman headline this new crime thriller series about a restaurateur forced to join New York’s criminal underworld.

Billionaires Bunker

  • Billionaires Bunker (Season 1) Netflix Original – From the creator of Money Heist, this new Spanish series sees a group of billionaires retreat to the confines of a bunker during a global conflict, but it turns out that the conflict has followed them… 
  • Haunted Hotel (Season 1) Netflix Original – Adult animated comedy from one of the writers from Rick and Morty. A single mother of two struggles to run a haunted hotel with the help of her estranged brother, who is now one of the ghosts haunting the hotel and thinks the other ghosts have some pretty good ideas.
  • She Said Maybe (2025) Netflix Original – German romantic comedy.

  • Death Inc. (Season 3) Netflix Original – Spanish comedy sitcom. 

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 23rd

  • Crime Scene Zero (Season 1) Netflix Original – Korean reality series that has players engaged in various scenarios as either suspects or detectives.

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 25th

  • Alice in Borderland (Season 3) Netflix Original – The long-awaited return of the Japanese fantasy series. 
  • Wayward (Season 1) Netflix Original – Canadian mystery series starring Mae Martin and Toni Collette. A small-town cop suspects that the local school for troubled teens — and its dangerously charismatic founder — may not be all it seems.

What’s Coming to Netflix on September 26th

  • French Lover (2025) Netflix Original – French romantic comedy starring Omar Sy and Sara Giraudeau about an actor who falls in love with a down-on-her-luck waitress.
  • Ruth & Boaz (2025) Netflix Original – From producer Tyler Perry and based on a story from the Bible. A young woman escapes the Atlanta music scene to care for an elderly widowed woman and in the process finds the love of her life and gains the mother she never had.

Coming to Netflix in September 2025 TBD

  • Dog Man (2025) – Pete Davidson and Ricky Gervais are among the voice cast for this DreamWorks animation movie that is based on the novel by Dav Pilkey. 

Looking ahead to October, there are a few big titles already scheduled, such as She Walks in Darkness, Steve, A HOUSE OF DYNAMITE, and The Monster of Florence, with plenty more to look forward to throughout the rest of the year
