Taapsee Pannu shot to immense fame post PINK with her strong portrayal as one of the women on trial in a sexual harassment case.

Her already established large fan base owing to her incredible work done in Telugu and Tamil cinema had made her one of the biggest names in the South Film Industry. Clearly in today’s time, Taapsee is the most successful actress who is dabbling both in Bollywood and south language films with much ease and accolades together.

With 5 releases in 2017, each different from the other ranging from critical to commercial success Taapsee easily paved a strong name amongst the top names among the actresses. Come 2018, the actress has been supremely busy with back to back shoots for a variety of projects which are slated for releases in the coming months. She has as many as 4 films releasing this year and another 3 films to shoot. She will first be seen in Soorma, the Sandeep Singh biopic with Diljit Dosanjh which releases on 13th July followed up immediately with the release of Anubhav Sinha’s Mulk on 27th July. Soon after she will be seen in Anurag Kashyap’s romantic drama Manmarziyaan which is due for release in September. Apart from these, she has a Telugu film titled ‘Neevevaroo’ which releases in the second half of the year.

In addition, Taapsee will be shooting with Amitabh Bachchan reuniting with him again after Pink, in Sujoy Ghosh’s next; will also be shooting for an unannounced Bilingual film which will be in Tamil/Telugu and shooting with Kriti Sanon for Phantom’s next later this year. With 7 projects up her sleeve, Taapsee definitely is one among the top and busiest actresses of 2018!
