The Helldivers 2 community is having a moment and every Super Earth citizen could use a lesson. The spotlight right now is on “just a shibe,” a diver redefining solo play: no stratagems, no hellbombs, not even a spare resupply.
Their latest run on Choepessa IV’s Super Helldive mission is gaining wind every second:
Bullseye patience, tactical sprints, and grenade frugality shape their every move. The job: wipe out Automaton infestations solo, using only two weapons, loads of Thermites, and a healthy dose of democracy.

The thumbnail screams zero assists, and the gameplay delivers: every moment shibe navigates enemies with Sam Fisher-level focus, dodging patrols, counting ammo, and never overstaying their welcome. Not a single stratagem called. Managed democracy would be proud.
The Botdiver Loadout That Makes Solo Super Helldives Actually Possible
For those wondering how Shibe pulled this off solo, it wasn’t luck. It is what you call “pure efficiency that’d make High Command proud”:
- Armor: SC-30 Trailblazer Scout light armor from the free Helldivers Mobilize! warbond, for a stealthy operative vibe and radar scan passive. Enemies spot shibe 30% less often, which helps for any bot-infested planet.
- Primary weapon: R-63 Diligence marksman rifle (also from the free warbond).
- Secondary weapon: P-4 Senator revolver from Steeled Veterans, celebrated for its heavy armor penetration and that sweet “three-shot Hulk” possibility.
- Grenade of choice: G-123 Thermite (Democratic Detonation), the only friend you need for burning Automaton Fabricators (and melting Hulk armor).
- Booster: Stamina Enhancement for that extra sprint juice, because running is surviving.
- Stratagems: What Stratagems?
Opening the mission with a direct drop onto a Fabricator, shibe sets the tone for the whole run. Looting only what’s needed, provoking only what’s necessary, and sneaking past the rest.
The combat tactics are equally sharp. Shibe only ever aims for enemy weak points, always crouches or goes prone for max accuracy. They are also so aware of map angles that, at one point in the video, an Automaton turret gets tricked into blowing up its own Fabricator for them.
No wasted bullets, no wasted time, just pure survival instinct with a few spicy, never-seen-before tricks sprinkled in. There are lessons here for every diver, both veterans and new bloods—including the Xbox reinforcements inbound in less than 72 hours.
Why This Solo Run Has the Community Rewriting the Rulebook

It goes without saying that players aren’t just impressed by just a shibe’s ~46-minute zero-nonsense gameplay, they are inspired. The video’s comments speak for the whole war effort:
Super Earth’s treasury loves this guy.

Liberty on a budget: every round saved is another round for freedom. No stratagem means more credits for High Command.
The Ghost of Super Earth.
— @dwaynelodrick1066
Perfect summary. What shibe pulls off is less guns blazing, more silent victory. Those mechanical menaces never stood a chance.
I’ve watched numerous helldiver solo d10 videos… this one is special.

Hard agree. Veterans and newcomers alike are probably praying that some of shibe’s discipline rubs off before the next wave of chaos. Not every solo run is worth studying, but this one sets a new bar for what liberty looks like when supply pods aren’t an option.
With Xbox reinforcements arriving soon, newcomers have plenty to learn. Are you all about stratagem spam, or do you dream of silent solo glory? Let us know in the comments!
