'Yumi's Cells Season 3' confirms its official cast lineup!

TVING revealed the official cast lineup that will join Kim Go Eun and Kim Jae Won in Yumi’s Cells Season 3.
On July 3, TVING revealed that Jeon Seok Ho, Choi Daniel, Cho Hye Jung, Mi Ram, Park Se In, Sung Ji Ru, and Lee Yoo Bi will join Kim Go Eun and Kim Jae Won in the new season of Yumi’s Cells.
Yumi’s Cells Season 3 will continue to depict the story from the popular webtoon of the same name by Lee Dong Geon. The K-drama will reveal Yumi’s journey as a star writer when a surprising romance enters her life. This unexpected relationship will trigger a new wave of emotions, reawakening the quiet cell village in her mind.
Director Lee Sang Yeob and writers Song Jae Jung, Kim Yoon Joo, and Kim Kyung Ran will join forces once again for the new season.
Yumi’s Cells Season 3 will premiere in the first half of 2026. It is reportedly set to have a total of 8 episodes and will exclusively air on TVING.
Kim Go Eun will reprise her role as Yumi, while Kim Jae Won will be Soon Rok, the new employee at Julie Publishing’s editorial department. He will wake up Yumi’s stagnant cell village as he eventually becomes Yumi’s last boyfriend.
Jeon Seok Ho will return as Ahn Dae Yong, the editor in chief of Julie Publishing. He is also the husband of Mi Ram’s character Yi Da.
Choi Daniel is the newest addition to the Yumi’s Cells cast. He will be Kim Ju Ho, a star author at Julie Publishing. Kim Soo Rok will be in charge of him. The character Kim Ju Ho is not originally included in the original webtoon.
Cho Hye Jung is also a new addition to the K-drama. She will portray the role of Baek Na Hee, the youngest writer in the company, who admires Kim Yu Mi.
Park Se In, on the other hand, will give life to the character named PD Jang. He is the producer of Yumi’s works.
Sung Ji Ru and Lee Yoo Bi will reprise their roles as Kim Man Sik, Yumi’s father, and Lee Yoo Bi as Ruby, the old colleague of Yumi. At first, their relationship involved some rivalry, but Ruby later became a reliable friend to Yumi.
