Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Steers Clear Of Salman Again

In  2002 after  Aishwarya  Rai  parted  ways with Salman Khan she  had declared in a press statement:  “For my well-being and for the self-respect of my family, I will not work with Mr Salman Khan. The chapter of Salman Khan was a nightmare in my life. I am thankful that it is over now.”

Since then the beautiful actress has  stuck to  her guns, ensuring that he doesn’t cross paths with  Salman  ever  at any cost.

Twenty years  later  she  remains  steadfast  in her conviction.  Last month Aishwarya stayed away from  The  Kapil Sharma Show  where  the  entire cast  of Mani Ratnam’s  Ponniyin Selvan turned  up to promote the film.

Says a source  close to  the  family,  “Aishwarya opted  out the  minute she heard  the venue was The  Kapil Sharma Show. She is  not someone who backtracks. Ek baar jo commitment kar liya toh woh  phir apne aap ki bhi nahin sunti hai.”
