Sridevi’s Daughter Says No To Mahesh Babu, Yes To Karan Johar

Jhanvi , Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s elder  daughter , is gearing up for her acting debut. Apparently she has made up her mind about an acting career and is currently attending acting school in the US.

In the meanwhile offers  for acting are pouring in for Jhanvi. Prominent among them was the Telugu superstarMahesh Babu who offered Jhanvi the lead in his new film being directed by A R Murugadoss.

Says a source close to the project, “Sridevi and Boney Kapoor were interested. After all Sridevi has been closely associated with the Telugu film industry. But Karan Johar  who is launching Jhanvi in Bollywood advised Srideviand Boney against the project.”

Mahesh Babu’s new film has faced a heroine crisis ever since Parineeti Chopra opted out. Rakul Preet Singh is now doing the film.
