While unofficial sources  from the producers claim the change in schedule  is intended  to give  Balajee-ShaileshSingh’s  last week’s  release Judgementall Hai Kya more breathing space, the fact  is  JJ wanted to avoid  the  Hollywood  mega-release  Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. The  latest  episode of  the mammoth Fast & Furious  franchise opens across India on August  2 in  four languages.

“Univeral Pictures who bring  Fast & Furious  to India have  decided to double their promotion and advertising. They are confident  of  their audience and they are  going  all- out. Rather than face  such ‘Fast’ and ‘Furious’competition Balajee and Shailesh took a joint decision to move ahead by week to August 9 when there is  no  other release,” informs  a knowledgeable  source.
