Karan Johar Not Summoned But His CEO Is! Here’s Why

 While filmmakers  like  Sanjay Leela Bhansali,  Aditya Chopra and now Mahesh Bhatt who had no direct  connection with  Sushant Singh Rajput  have  been  summoned  for questioning  by the Maharashtra police , the one filmmaker whose name  has been repeatedly  brought  up in  the  star-actor’s tragic death has gone  scotfree so far.

 Though  Karan Johar’s CEO Apoorva Mehta (who is  Johar’s childhood friend and also  looks after  all  the financial  transactions of  Johar’s Dharma  Productions) has been summoned for questioning , Johar  remains exempted from appearing personally.

 How come?  According to sources Karan’s  proximity to a  certain young upcoming politician  from Maharashtra  has  spared  him from questioning so far.

 But  not for long.  According to  sources Karan Johar will be summoned in  the  next two weeks.
