Madhuri Dixit Opts Out Of Ayushman Khurrana’s Wife’s Directorial Debut

It is  rather sad when women don’t  support their own kind. The  very  spunky  and  extremely talented Tahira Kashyap who  also happens to be  actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife,  was all set to direct  her first feature film entitled Sharmaji Ki Beti.   Tanuj Garg and Atul Kasbekar  are to produce the  film.

But one hears  the  project is delayed as  one  of the film’s two female  leads Madhuri Dixit has opted out.Reportedly Madhuri  asked for a fee that  the  producers  could  not afford to give her. Instead of compromising on the remuneration she simply chose to walk out of Sharmaji Ki Beti.

 Sad  and shocking, but true.

We  hear the  never-say-die  Tahira is looking for a replacement  heroine in a  film that starsSayami Kher(of Mirza)as  sportsperson.

A source informs that  as soon as a prominent powerful actress  to play Sayami’s mother is found Sharmaji Ki Beti will  sail into the oceans .We feel Neena Gupta would be  just right in spirit and  in  attitude.
