Arijit Singh Turns Composer

After  regaling  his fans for 15 years   Arijit  Singh  has now reinvented  himself as a music composer. In Netflix’s forthcoming  feature  film Pagglait  which features a  stellar  line-up  of female actors  including Sanya Malhotra who plays  the  title  role,  Arijit has  composed  all the songs.

Speaking   of  the  new beginning Arijit says “I make my debut as a music composer with a project very close to my heart. I am honoured to serve music to the world. The endearing story of the  film’s protagonist Sandhya of self-belief and triumph is much like my musical journey and I feel honoured to be associated with a special film like Pagglait’’

Arijit joins the great Mukesh,  Hemant Kumar  and  Kishore Kumar as  singers turned  music composers  in  Hindi cinema.
