Tovino Thomas: Birthday Sooraj Barjatya Style

 Malayalam cinema’s superstar  Tovino Thomas  couldn’t have hoped  for  a better birthday. As he turned 33  on  January  21 Tovino had a working birthday and  a family  party after that.

Says Tovino, “I was shooting with Keerthi Suresh for a Malayalam  film called Vaashi  till evening. The   shooting of   the film was wrapped  up on my  birthday and  it’s now  complete. After the shooting I rushed home to be with my entire family: my wife  . my two children, my parents , sister and her  husband.”

Tovino  lives happily in  a  joint family of parents  and  siblings  with his  wife and children. In addition his family also includes various pets including a dog,  5 species of  parrots and various  other  kinds  of birds  who  co-exist in an  open space.

Is this paradise  or what?

“I am living a dream,” Tovino  laughs in  joy. “It’s a virtual paradise. And  my one birthday wish would be, that  my family and  I  continue  living together  forever.Even when I  move into  a larger place I will make  sure we are together.”

So how  was  this birthday  different  from others, considering Minnal Murali has changed  the  course of his life and career? “Nothing has changed.  My special day remained as special , as it used to be. No more no less.”
