Javed Akhtar Sues Kangana Ranaut For Defamation

It looks like  Kangana Ranaut’s troubles are  being exacerbated  by the week. Amidst  all  the  trouble over with the Maharashtra government the tirelessly  militant  actress  now finds   herself  at the  centre   of even more legal trouble, this time from none other than  writer-thinker JavedAkhtar.

 Reliable sources  inform that  Javed Akhtar has filed  an elaborate  defamation case againstKangana Ranaut for her  repeated allegations that  he summoned her to his home and  “threatened” her for speaking  out about her  alleged relationship with Hrithik Roshan. According to sources close to  Javed Saab, no such threat was ever issued.

“Javed  Saab  is  by nature very tolerant. But this was  going  on for too long. Remedial action had to be taken. Javed Saab has filed  an elaborate  defamation case against Kangana,” says an  informed  source.

The  case has , in fact, now opened  in  court. Javed Saab is ready for a long  battle ahead, with no question of  an  out-of-court settlement.

 The  legal troubles against Kanagan seem to be multiplying. Kangana and her  sister Rangoli have cases pending them in several courts   across the  country.
