Kajal Aggarwal Is No More Part Of Shankar’s Indian 2?

On voluntary  maternity  leave  , Kajal  Agarwal  is  apparently  no  more the leading lady in Kamal Haasan’s next big epic film Indian 2.The Shankar-directed sequel  to the  1996 hit has been on the anvil  for a while now, awaiting the director and the leading man’s attention.

But now with  Kamal Haasan’s Vikram doing reasonably well, it is time for  the politician-actor to  plunge into another big-scale action adventure.

Sources  from Chennai  say  Indian 2 is being planned as the most expensive  film of Kamal Haasan’s career.

“It is  being designed as a  pan-India film. The film now needs a  big Bollywood actress, like Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif,” says  the  source.

It would be recalled that  the  first film in the franchise  featured Urmila Matondkar and Manisha Koirala. Indian 2  too is likely to feature two top Bollywood actresses opposite  Kamal Haasan.
